Mainly communicating with clients and solving problems.

Account direction and working closely and managing account team.

Supervise and train junior and mid-level Account Managers.

Making proposals to clients that require creative solutions.

Work with clients as well as affiliated agency partners both domestic and global on advertising-related projects.

Creating appropriate costings and managing schedules and budgets.

Working on upselling and expanding the business on existing clients.

Pushing back clients when necessary and leading hard negotiations to benefit the agency.

Being a liaison between management and account team

At least 7 years of experience in the advertising industry.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Supervisor or above is necessary, along with possessing extensive knowledge of production processes.

Understanding of the digital landscape and knowledge of social media platforms.

Demonstrated extensive experience in brand marketing.

First adopter attitude (be the first to try) and sensitivity to and interest in the latest trends.

Active interest in music, sports, and culture.

High proficiency in Japanese, fluent in English.

Team player with the ability to lead a small team.

Ability to create proposals with a logical and strategic approach.

Demonstrated capacity to conceptualize strategic solutions for clients coupled with a keen aptitude for innovative creative solutions.

You want to work on projects while churning your creative juices? USN is looking for Creative Interns! You would work closely with your team to conceptualize and develop ideas and execute communication material, ranging from design, video, photoshoots, digital and social content. Make that beautiful content to post on billboards, banners, commercials, and other forms of media.

USN Tokyo is looking for a Video Editor/Motion Graphic Artist to beef up its creative strategies. You will be working on a variety of projects (social, digital, events, print, TV you name it, we do it!), for a wide range of international brands, and with a very international, diverse team.

Working as a video editor, using Adobe Creative Suite on a daily basis, primarily Premiere and After Effects

Storyboarding the flow of the video assets or motion graphics, or for potential shoots

Working across teams to create/adapt assets for both digital and campaign

Be responsible for the public relations and brand management of UltraSuperNew 

Help to translate PR materials for local Japanese media outreach

Distribute press materials to Japanese titles

Work closely and in alignment with Zoe - our global PR consultant.

Build relationships with media and influencers develop and execute annual PR plans and brand strategies.
